1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- ✓ This is your first time purchasing Pro or Ultra
- ✓ You request within 7 days of initial purchase
- ✓ Your usage has been reasonable (not abusive)
- ✓ You provide a reason for the refund (helps us improve)
1.2 What Qualifies
We'll gladly refund if:
- The service didn't meet your expectations
- Technical issues prevented you from using it
- You found the AI quality unsatisfactory
- You accidentally purchased the wrong tier
- Any other legitimate reason
1.3 Processing Time
- Request Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
- Refund Processing: 2-3 business days
- Bank Credit: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
2. What is NOT Refundable

4. Subscription Cancellation

5. Billing Issues
5.1 Accidental Charges
If you were charged by mistake:
- Contact us immediately
- We'll investigate and refund if confirmed
- Usually resolved within 48 hours
5.2 Duplicate Charges
If you see duplicate charges:
- Email us with transaction details
- We'll verify with payment processor
- Duplicate refunded immediately
5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You'll be notified via email
- 3-day grace period to update payment
- Then downgraded to Free tier
- No refund needed (no successful charge)
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If ViralityGPT has extended downtime or technical problems:
- We may offer account credit
- Or extend your subscription
- Or provide refund for affected period
6.2 Force Majeure
If service is unavailable due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Third-party service outages (OpenAI, Firebase)
We'll work with you on case-by-case basis for fair resolution.
7. Account Termination by Us
7.1 Violations
If we terminate your account for Terms of Service violations:
- ❌ No refund provided
- ❌ Access immediately revoked
- You forfeit remaining subscription time
7.2 Fraud or Abuse
If we detect fraudulent activity or abuse:
- Account terminated immediately
- No refund
- May report to authorities if illegal
8. Chargeback Policy
⚠️ Important: Please don't initiate chargebacks!
If you have a billing issue:

- 2. We'll resolve it quickly (usually same day)
- 3. We want you to be happy!
If you file a chargeback instead:
- ❌ Your account will be permanently banned
- ❌ You'll be blacklisted from future use
- ❌ We may dispute the chargeback

9. Upgrade/Downgrade Refunds
9.1 Upgrading
If you upgrade from Pro to Ultra:
- Charged prorated difference immediately
- No refund for unused Pro time
- 7-day guarantee does NOT restart
9.2 Downgrading
If you downgrade from Ultra to Pro:
- Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
- No refund for current period
- You keep Ultra access until billing renews
10. Currency and Conversion
10.1 Refund Currency
Refunds are processed in the same currency you paid:
- If you paid in USD, refund in USD
- Exchange rates may vary from purchase time
- Your bank may charge currency conversion fees
10.2 International Customers
For customers outside USA:
- Refund amount matches original charge
- Bank fees are not refundable
- Currency conversion handled by your bank
