Using Kairo

Kairo provides AI chat, study tools, research, generated content, saved workspace features and optional personal-assistant tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Use the service only where you are legally allowed to do so and obtain any parent or guardian permission required by applicable law.

Keep your account credentials secure and use your own account and valid invite. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You allow Kairo to process and store that content as needed to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Upload or submit only material you have permission to use. Generated content may be similar to other content and is not guaranteed to be original, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

Review AI results and actions

AI can make mistakes. Check important facts, calculations, sources and generated files before relying on them. Kairo is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal or financial advice. Search results, travel estimates and flight fares can change; a seller’s confirmation determines a purchase or booking.

Review recipients, message content, event times and timezones before confirming an action. Preparing a draft does not send an email or add a Google event. Kairo does not collect card details or issue travel tickets. Reminders are in-app notices while signed in, not a guarantee of offline phone notifications.

Google and other services

Optional Google access requires your consent. You may disconnect it or revoke Google authorization as described in the Privacy Policy. Google and other external sites or sellers apply their own terms. You are responsible for actions you confirm on their services. Kairo does not promise Google verification, access to every website, or completion of a task that depends on an unavailable external service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kairo for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, unauthorized account or data access, attempts to bypass access controls, malware, or interference with the service. Respect usage limits and do not submit unnecessary passwords, payment information or other secrets into chat.

We may limit or suspend access to address abuse, security concerns, legal obligations or operational needs. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Availability and saved work

Kairo is an evolving service hosted on an operator-managed computer. Maintenance, outages, model limits and storage expiry can interrupt features. Download work you need to keep, particularly images and videos with 24-hour expiry. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every request will succeed.

Stopping use, changes and your rights

You can stop using Kairo at any time. Use the app’s deletion controls or contact [email protected] for account and saved-data requests. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. These terms do not waive rights or protections that applicable law requires you to retain.
