Try these first

Refresh Kairo and sign in again. If a creation is still running, open My creations to check its status. Images and generated videos expire after 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep. If the service is unavailable, wait a few minutes and try again.

Report a problem

Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time of the problem. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain private information. Kairo is an evolving public beta, so features may change while we improve reliability.

Account and privacy requests

You can delete supported chats, uploads, generated media, documents, websites, projects, research journeys, and study subjects from their controls in Kairo. Settings also lets you clear saved personal memory and disconnect supported services.

To request deletion of your entire account and remaining saved data, or to request access or correction, email [email protected] from an address you can access. Include your Kairo username. We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request.

Safety and important decisions

AI can make mistakes. Check important facts, sources, calculations, health or fitness information, and generated files before relying on them. For an urgent safety issue, use the appropriate local emergency or professional service.
