Refund Policy

Paid checkout is currently disabled. Kairo cannot charge you while checkout is unavailable, so there is presently no paid Kairo purchase to refund.
When paid plans launch
The final price, currency, billing interval, taxes and any other required charge will appear before you confirm a hosted checkout. Kairo will not add an undisclosed service fee after the displayed total.
Cancellation and refunds
Recurring plans will be cancellable through the account or payment-provider controls shown at launch. Cancellation normally stops a future renewal and does not automatically refund a period already supplied. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges and service failures will be reviewed promptly. Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off, refund and consumer rights under applicable law still apply and are not reduced by this policy.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the account address and include the date, plan and payment receipt identifier. Do not email a full card number or security code. Kairo will publish provider-specific timing before enabling paid checkout.
